For any limited warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase is required. A valid proof of purchase is defined as one of the following:
- A dated sales receipt from an authorized Miroir dealer or reseller. The receipt must show the product description and price.
- A dated official email from an authorized online Miroir dealer or reseller confirming the purchase and shipment of the product. The confirmation email must show the product description and price.
- An order number from the MiroirUSA.com website
- An Amazon order ID from the Miroir USA Amazon store
Some examples of non-valid proof of purchase are:
- The UPC bar code from the box.
- A picture of the actual product.
- A certificate of authenticity.
- Receipts from non-authorized Miroir dealers.
- Receipts from any online auction sites, liquidators or clearance houses.
- An order confirmation email without shipping confirmation.
- An order number from any vendor other than Miroirusa.com.
- Cancelled checks.
- Credit card statements.
Miroir reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of claimant and qualifying purchases as well as debarment of claim.
If you purchased directly from MiroirUSA.com, we may have a record of your purchase and can locate it for you. Just let us know the order number. If you do not have the order number, we may be able to locate it using your name, address and email address.
If you purchased from a Miroir dealer or reseller, contact the dealer or reseller and see if they can provide a copy of your receipt. They will often have your purchase history on file and be able to supply a copy of the receipt to you.
If the product was purchased online, be sure to check your old emails. The vendor should have sent you a confirmation page showing that the product had been shipped to you.
If the product was a gift, we suggest you ask the giver to provide you with a receipt. You may also ask them if they can handle the limited warranty process for you if asking for the receipt is not appropriate.
Miroir must positively identify that the product falls within the applicable limited warranty period and that you are the original purchaser of the product. We also need to verify that the product was purchased from an authorized seller of Miroir products. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective or gray market goods. These units may also not be designed or packaged to work in your country and may not meet all legal and safety requirements. Miroir will not be able to honor a limited warranty on products not purchased from an authorized dealer, or ones that are outside the limited warranty period. If you have purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and limited warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.
Miroir has these policies in place to protect both our valued customers and our valued resellers.

Miroir currently has no authorized resellers on Ebay or any other online auction sites.
The original purchaser of a Miroir projector is eligible for limited warranty support for one year commencing upon the date of retail purchase of the product from an authorized dealer or reseller. The Miroir limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user.
If your unit was purchased on MiroirUSA.com, within the last 30 days, you may qualify for a refund. Please visit the Purchasing Terms and Conditions page on our website for more information.
We can only assist with warranty service and product support for products purchased from one of our retail partners. Refunds and exchanges would need to be handled where the unit was purchased within their return and refund policies (typically 15 to 30 days, depending on the retailer).
Many answers to common questions and problems can be found on the support section of our website. If you are unable to find a solution to your problem on our support page, you can complete a warranty service request. Before approving, a support technician will likely have some questions for you to validate the issue you are experiencing is related to a likely defect. If approved, you will receive a valid RMA number and a ship to address for your unit.
DO NOT SEND MIROIR ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT RECEIVING A VALID RMA NUMBER
We advise that you select a shipping method that is traceable (for example UPS, DHL, or FedEx). You will bear the full risk of loss for any product that is lost or damaged in transit to Miroir.
Any expense of claiming under this Limited Warranty will be borne by the person making the claim (including any shipping and handling charges in returning the Product to Miroir, as well as any applicable customs, duties or taxes in relation to the claim). If the Product is validly returned under the terms of this Limited Warranty, Miroir will be responsible for postage expenses for shipping the Product back to you within the United States.
For products purchased in, but used outside, the United States, this warranty covers only the warranty service within the United States (and does not include shipping, customs, duties or taxes for shipments outside the United States).
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to include all the cables and adapters with your return unit may make it impossible for us to determine a defect with your unit. Additional shipments required to provide any missing cables or adapters to our testing office will need to be sent at the customer’s expense. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged and will bear the full risk of loss or damage for any product that is returned improperly packaged.
Miroir (“Miroir”) warrants to you, the original retail purchaser (“Consumer”), that this product (“Product”) will under normal use operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. Consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Miroir’s sole and exclusive responsibility
under this warranty will be, at Miroir’s option, either to repair or replace the defective Product during the one (1) year limited warranty period so that it performs substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation on the date of your initial purchase.
The forgoing warranty is limited and is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper
storage, use in an unapproved device or if the serial number has been removed; (iii) use not in accordance with the documentation; and (iv) damage caused by the equipment with which the Product is used.
To obtain warranty service for any Product that is subject to the foregoing warranty, Consumer must contact Miroir at miroirusa.com, providing proof of purchase from an authorized dealer and a description of the issue. Consumer shall bear the cost of returning the Product for repair or replacement under this limited warranty. Any Product returned without proof of purchase will not be honored under this limited warranty.
The limited warranty extends only to Consumer and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user. THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND Miroir HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY AND TITLE. MIROIR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT IS ERROR FREE OR THAT IT WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. To the extent Miroir may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim certain implied warranties, the duration of any such implied warranty shall be limited to the shorter of the one (1) year limited warranty period or the minimum time period permitted under such law. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
IN NO EVENT WILL MIROIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF ANY REPLACEMENT GOODS OR SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF USE, CLAIMS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM MIROIR’S BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF MIROIR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL MIROIR’s TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY CONSUMER FOR THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
