Support FAQ for Miroir L300 Full HD 1080p Projector

  1. How do I connect my device to the projector?
  • HDMI Input: Connect your device using an HDMI cable (included in the box). If using an Apple device, you will need an Apple Digital AV Adapter (sold separately).
  • USB-C Devices: Use a USB-C to HDMI adapter (sold separately) to connect USB-C supported devices such as MacBook.
  1. How do I power on the projector?
  • Plug the AC Adapter into the Power Port and connect it to a power outlet.
  • Press and hold the Power Button to turn on the projector.
  1. How do I adjust the focus?
  • Use the Focus Wheel on the projector to manually adjust the image clarity. Turn the wheel forward or backward until the image is sharp.
  1. Why is there no sound coming from the projector?
  • Check that the volume on both the projector and the source device is turned up.
  • If using an adapter, confirm that it supports audio output.
  • You can also connect external speakers or headphones via the 5mm Audio Out port. 
  1. How do I charge the projector or power external devices?
  • The USB Power Output allows you to connect a USB power cable to charge your smartphone or power a streaming stick. Note that this port cannot be used for video input.
  1. Why is my image blurry?
  • Roll the Focus Wheel to adjust the image.
  • Ensure the projection surface is smooth and non-reflective, and check that the projector lens is clean and free of debris. 
  1. Why is the projector showing a "No Signal" message?
  • Ensure the correct HDMI cable and/or adapter is being used.
  • If using USB-C, ensure the cable is labeled USB-C Video. Not all USB-C cables support video.
  • Check that your source device supports HDMI or USB-C video output and that the display settings are set to mirror or duplicate
  1. What should I do if the projector doesn't power on?
  • Ensure the AC Power Adapter is securely plugged into both the projector and the wall outlet.
  • Check the battery level by briefly pressing the Power Button.
  1. What should I do if I’m missing accessories or need support?
  • Contact Miroir Support via miroirusa.com or text 1-855-676-0972 for assistance with missing or damaged parts.
