Support FAQ for Miroir L500S Wireless Projector

Important, read this before returning your projector

If your streaming service doesn't work after signing in to your account, check for a projector update under the Settings Menu.  If the connection still doesn't work, text our support team in the support window in the lower left of your screen (blue ICON).

  1. How do I connect my device to the projector?
  • HDMI Input: Connect your device using an HDMI cable. If using an Apple device, an Apple Digital AV Adapter (sold separately) is required.
  • USB-C Input: Use a USB-C to HDMI adapter (sold separately) if your device supports USB-C output.
  1. How do I power on the projector?
  • Plug in the AC Adapter to the Power Port and press the Power Button to turn the projector on.
  1. How do I adjust the focus?
  • Use the Focus Wheel to adjust the clarity of the image. For keystone correction, use the same controls to ensure the image is square.
  1. Why is there no sound?
  • Ensure the volume is turned up on both your projector and source device.
  • If using an adapter, confirm it supports audio output. You can also connect external speakers via the 5mm Audio Out port.
  1. How do I mirror my phone screen?
  • For iOS: Use AirPlay by selecting the projector from your phone’s screen mirroring options.
  • For Android: Enable Wireless Display or Smart View on your phone, and select the L500S from the list of available devices.
  1. Why is my image blurry?
  • Adjust the Focus Wheel on the projector.
  • Ensure the projection surface is smooth and non-reflective.
  1. How do I fix the "No Signal" message?
  • Ensure all cables are properly connected.
  • Check that the correct input source (HDMI 1 or HDMI 2) is selected using the Source Button.
  1. How do I connect streaming sticks (e.g., Roku, Amazon Fire Stick)?
  • Plug your streaming stick into one of the HDMI ports. Use the USB Power Output on the projector to power the stick, if required.
