Important, read this before returning your projector
If your streaming service doesn't work after signing in to your account, check for a projector update under the Settings Menu. If connection still doesn't work text our support team at in the support window in the lower left of your screen.
Netflix
You may occasionally get an error related to your password when logging in and need to validate your account. This could be caused by an unrecognized device or too many devices logged into your account. You can reset your password or contact Netflix support to verify your account.
- How do I connect my device for screen mirroring?
- For iOS Devices: Go to Homepage > Screen Mirroring > iOS Cast. On your iOS device, open Control Center and tap Screen Mirroring. Select L710S from the list to connect. Ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- For Android Devices: Go to Homepage > Screen Mirroring > Android Cast. On your Android device, open Smart View, Wireless Display, or Screen Mirroring. Select L710S from the list to connect.
- How do I power on the projector?
- Connect the projector using the provided Power Adapter.
- Press the Power Button to turn the projector on.
- How do I adjust the focus?
- Use the Focus Buttons on the remote control to zoom in or out and adjust the focus.
- Press the Autofocus button on the remote for automatic focus adjustment.
- Why is there no sound coming from the projector?
- Ensure the Mute Button on the remote hasn’t been pressed accidentally.
- Check the volume on both the projector and the source device.
- If using an adapter, ensure it supports audio output.
- How do I pair the remote control via Bluetooth?
- Go to Setup > Bluetooth Settings > Bluetooth (On) > Scan for device.
- Hold down the Left and Right buttons on the remote control until the indicator light flashes, then select BT-Remote Control from the list.
- Why is the image blurry or distorted?
- Use the Manual Focus buttons to adjust the clarity.
- Ensure the surface you are projecting onto is smooth and flat. The quality of the projection screen also affects image clarity.
- Why does the projector shut down automatically?
- The projector may be overheating. Ensure it is being used in a well-ventilated area, and that the air inlet at the bottom of the projector is not blocked.
- Overheating protection automatically shuts down the projector to prevent damage.
- Why can’t I mirror certain videos or apps?
- Due to copyright restrictions, some videos may not be mirrored. The casting function only supports the built-in apps available on the projector.
- What should I do if I’m missing accessories or need support?
