IMPORTANT, read this before returning your projector

UPDATE your projector before using it. Updating and installing the latest software features will take a few minutes. If the connection still doesn't work, text our support team in the support window at the lower left of your screen. 

To add another streaming service to SYNQ TV you will need to log out of your SYNQ TV App.

  1. How do I connect my projector to Wi-Fi?
  • Go to Settings > Network Setting > Wi-Fi Setting and ensure Wi-Fi is turned ON.
  • Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password.
  1. How do I pair my projector with a Bluetooth device?
  • Go to Setup > Bluetooth Settings and turn on Bluetooth.
  • Place the remote control close to the projector, press and hold the “LEFT” and “RIGHT” buttons on the remote until the indicator light flashes. Select BT-Remote Control from the available devices list.
  1. How can I use my projector as a Bluetooth speaker?
  • Go to Bluetooth Settings and turn on Bluetooth.
  • Search for the Bluetooth name of the projector on your smartphone and pair it for audio output.
  1. Why is my image blurry?
  • Manually adjust the focus using the focus buttons on the remote control.
  • Ensure you are projecting onto a smooth white surface or a high-quality screen to improve image clarity.
  1. Why is there no sound coming from my projector?
  • Ensure the Mute button on the remote hasn't been pressed accidentally.
  • Check your connection to external speakers if applicable.
  1. My projector is shutting down automatically. What should I do?
  • The projector may be overheating. Ensure it is being used in a well-ventilated area.
  • Check that the air inlet at the bottom of the projector is not blocked.
  1. How can I fix an upside-down image?
  • Go to Settings > Projection Mode and select the correct mode to adjust the image orientation.
  1. Why can’t I mirror some videos or apps?
  • Some videos and apps may have copyright protection and cannot be mirrored. The cast function only supports the built-in projector apps.
  1. What should I do if I’m missing accessories or need a replacement?
  • Contact Miroir Support via miroirusa.com if any parts or accessories are missing or damaged.
