1. How do I connect my device to the projector?
- HDMI Input: Connect your device using an HDMI cable (included in the box). For Apple devices, use an Apple Digital AV Adapter (sold separately).
- USB-C Devices: Use a USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter (sold separately) to connect your MacBook or other USB-C supported devices.
2. How do I power on the projector?
- Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn the projector on.
- Ensure the projector is fully charged before first use (approximately 4-5 hours) using the provided USB-C charging cable and power adapter.
3. How do I adjust the focus?
- Use the Focus Wheel to manually adjust the image clarity. Roll the wheel forward or backward to fine-tune the image.
4. Why is there no sound coming from the projector?
- Ensure the volume is turned up on both your projector and the source device.
- If using an adapter, verify that it supports audio.
- You can connect external speakers or headphones using the 3.5mm Audio Out port.
5. How do I charge the projector?
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to a USB power source or wall adapter. The Battery Indicator Light will flash while charging and stay solid once fully charged.
6. Why is my image blurry?
- Adjust the Focus Wheel on the projector.
- Ensure the surface you are projecting onto is smooth and non-reflective. Also, ensure the projection lens is clean and unobstructed.
7. Why is the projector showing a "No Signal" message?
- Check that you are using the required HDMI cable and/or adapter for your device.
- If using a laptop, check the display settings to ensure a multiple display option (such as "duplicate these displays") is selected.
