- How do I connect my device to the projector?
- HDMI Input: Connect your device using an HDMI cable. If using an Apple device, an Apple Digital AV Adapter (sold separately) is required.
- USB-C Input: Use a USB-C to HDMI adapter (sold separately) if your device supports USB-C output.
- How do I power on the projector?
- Slide open the Lens Cover to turn the projector on.
- Ensure the projector is fully charged before use. The battery takes approximately 4-5 hours to charge fully.
- How do I adjust the focus?
- Use the Focus Wheel on the side of the projector to manually adjust the image clarity.
- Why is there no sound?
- Ensure the volume is turned up on both your projector and source device.
- If using an adapter, ensure it supports audio output. You can also connect external speakers via the 5mm Audio Out port.
- How do I charge the projector?
- Connect the included USB-C charging cable to a USB power source or wall adapter. The Battery Indicator Lights will flash during charging and stay solid when fully charged.
- Why is my image blurry?
- Adjust the Focus Wheel on the projector.
- Ensure the surface you are projecting onto is smooth and non-reflective. Also, ensure the projector lens is clean.
- Why is the projector showing a "No Signal" message?
- Ensure your HDMI or USB-C cable is properly connected.
- If using an adapter, confirm that it supports video output. Ensure you're using the correct video cable, such as a USB-C Video Cable.
- Why does the projector not power on or stay powered on?
- Check the battery life by briefly pressing the power button. If one or fewer lights illuminate, charge the battery with the USB-C cable or AC Adapter.
