IMPORTANT, read this before returning your projector
UPDATE your projector before using it. Updating and installing the latest software features will take a few minutes. If the connection still doesn't work, text our support team in the support window at the lower left of your screen.
To add another streaming service to SYNQ TV you will need to log out of your SYNQ TV App.
- How do I connect my projector to Wi-Fi?
- Go to Settings > Network Setting > Wi-Fi Setting and ensure Wi-Fi is turned ON.
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password.
- How do I pair my projector with a Bluetooth device?
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth > Bluetooth ON and click "Refresh Device".
- Please search for your Bluetooth device and select it to pair.
- How can I use my projector as a Bluetooth speaker?
- In Settings, go to Bluetooth Speaker Mode and turn on Speaker Mode.
- Search for the Bluetooth name on your smartphone and pair the device.
- Why is my image blurry?
- Manually adjust the focus using the focus wheel.
- Ensure you are projecting onto a smooth white surface or a high-quality screen. Thin screens may reduce image quality.
- Why is there no sound coming from my projector?
- Ensure the Mute button on the remote hasn't been accidentally pressed.
- Check your connection to external speakers if applicable.
- My projector is shutting down automatically. What should I do?
- The projector may be overheating. Ensure it is being used in a well-ventilated area.
- Check that the air inlet at the bottom of the projector is not blocked.
- How can I fix an upside-down image?
- Go to Settings > Projection Mode and select the correct mode to adjust the image orientation.
- Why can’t I mirror some videos or apps?
- Some videos and apps may have copyright protection and cannot be mirrored. The cast function only supports the built-in projector apps.
- What should I do if I’m missing accessories or need a replacement?
- Contact Miroir Support via miroirusa.com if any parts or accessories are missing or damaged.
