  1. How do I connect my device to the projector?
  • HDMI Input: Connect your device to the HDMI port using the included HDMI cable. If using an Apple device, an Apple Digital AV Adapter (sold separately) is required.
  • USB-C Video Input: Use the supplied USB-C video cable for devices that support USB-C video output.
  1. How do I power on the projector?
  • Connect the projector using the provided USB-C charging cable and power adapter.
  • Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn the projector on. The Battery Indicator Lights will display the battery level.
  1. How do I adjust the focus?
  • Press the Mode Control Button to automatically adjust the focus and vertical keystone of the image.
  • For manual adjustments, ensure the projector lens is parallel to the projection surface and that the surface is flat.
  1. Why is there no sound coming from the projector?
  • Check the volume on both the projector and your source device.
  • Ensure the HDMI cable is properly connected.
  • If using an adapter, confirm that it supports audio.
  1. How do I charge the projector?
  • Connect the USB-C charging cable to the USB-C Charge Input. The Battery Indicator Lights will flash while charging and remain solid once fully charged (approximately 4-5 hours).
  1. Why is my image blurry?
  • Press the Mode Control Button to automatically adjust the focus and keystone settings.
  • Ensure the projection surface is smooth and non-reflective, and check that the Auto Focus Sensor is clean and unobstructed.
  1. Why is the projector showing a "No Signal" message?
  • Ensure the correct cable and adapter are being used for your device.
  • If using USB-C, confirm that you are using the supplied USB-C Video Cable. Some USB-C cables do not support video output.
  • For laptops, ensure your display settings are set to duplicate or mirror displays.

  • Check the battery level by briefly pressing the Power Button. If one or fewer lights illuminate, charge the battery using the USB-C cable.
  • Ensure the USB-C charging cable is connected to the USB-C Charge Input, not the USB-C Video Input.
