The M289 projector always starts up in ECO mode to save power by dimming the LEDs light output. To toggle between ECO and Normal mode press the volume "+" and "-" buttons at the same time. The volume control is located on the left side of the projector. Alternatively, you can press both buttons at the same time by pressing in the middle of the rocker between the "+" and "-".
