  1. How do I connect my device to DrivvPlay for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?
  • For Apple CarPlay, turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your iPhone. Select Apple CarPlay from the interface on the DrivvPlay unit, and pair your device by selecting the DrivvPlay Bluetooth connection.
  • For Android Auto, turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your Android device. Select Android Auto on the DrivvPlay interface, and pair via Bluetooth to connect. Some Android devices may require a wired connection through a USB cable. 
  1. How do I power on the DrivvPlay unit?
  • Plug the included Type C power cord into the DrivvPlay’s Type C power port.
  • Connect the other end to a 12-24V car cigarette lighter adapter to power the device.
  1. How do I adjust the audio output?
  • You can choose between Speaker Output, Bluetooth Output, or FM Transmit to connect the audio to your car's speakers.
  • For FM Transmit, select a frequency on the DrivvPlay unit and match it with your car's radio. Ensure you’re using the included power cord for optimal signal.
  1. How do I install the optional reverse camera?
  • The reverse camera port is located on the DrivvPlay unit. Connect the camera to this port.
  • Attach the camera to your license plate area and connect the red wire to the positive lead of the reverse light.
  • Use the Reversing Control settings on the DrivvPlay to adjust the parking lines.
  1. How do I mirror my iPhone screen using AirPlay?
  • Ensure your iPhone is connected to the DrivvPlay’s Wi-Fi.
  • Open the Control Center on your iPhone and select Screen Mirroring.
  • Choose SmartScreen to display your iPhone screen on the DrivvPlay unit.
  1. Why is there no sound coming from my speakers?
  • Ensure the audio output is set to Bluetooth, Speaker, or FM Transmit on the DrivvPlay unit.
  • If using FM Transmit, confirm that the car radio is tuned to the same frequency as the DrivvPlay unit.
  • Check that all connections, such as the aux cable or Bluetooth, are properly connected.

 

  1. What should I do if the unit does not power on?
  • Ensure you are using the provided Type C power cord. Other power cords may not provide sufficient voltage.
  • Check that the cigarette lighter adapter is securely connected and providing power.
  1. How do I adjust the screen brightness?
  • Use the brightness icon on the DrivvPlay’s touchscreen interface to adjust the brightness level.
  1. What should I do if I’m missing accessories or need a replacement?
  • Contact Miroir Support via miroirusa.com for assistance with missing or damaged parts.
