Support FAQ for Miroir M700S Smart Projector

IMPORTANT, read this before returning your projector

If your streaming service doesn't work after signing in to your account, check for a projector update under the Settings Menu.  If the connection still doesn't work text our support team in the support window in the lower left of your screen.

Follow the steps below:
1. Click on the URL
2. Download to a USB Type-A drive; if you don’t have one, text our tech support for a free drive.
3. Plug the drive into the projector USB Type-A port, navigate to “SOURCE” on the main menu, click the downloaded file, and install the SYNQ TV App. Scan the QR Code and log in to your streaming service.

  1. How do I connect my projector to Wi-Fi?
  • Go to Settings > WLAN and select your Wi-Fi network from the list.
  • Enter your Wi-Fi password and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • If prompted, update the projector to the latest software version.
  1. How do I mirror my phone or tablet to the projector?
  • For iOS: Go to Settings > Screen Mirroring > iOS Cast, then open Control Center on your iOS device and select Screen Mirroring. Choose the M700S from the list.
  • For Android: Go to Settings > Screen Mirroring > Android Cast and enable screen mirroring or smart view on your Android device. Select the M700S from the available devices list.
  1. How do I connect the projector to a laptop or streaming device via HDMI?
  • Connect your device using the included HDMI cable.
  • Select HDMI Input as your source on the projector.
  1. Why is my image blurry?
  • Use the Focus Adjust button on the remote to manually focus the image.
  • Ensure you are projecting onto a flat, non-reflective surface, and the lens is clean.
  1. Why is there no sound coming from my projector?
  • Ensure the volume is turned up on your source device and the projector.
  • If using an adapter, ensure it supports audio.
  • Check that the HDMI cable is fully plugged in.
  1. My projector is shutting down automatically. What should I do?
  • The projector may be overheating. Ensure it is used in a well-ventilated area and the cooling vents are not blocked.
  • Make sure the power adapter is securely connected to both the projector and the wall outlet.
  1. How can I fix an upside-down image?
  • Go to Settings > Projection Mode and select the correct orientation to adjust the image.
  1. Why can’t I mirror some apps like Netflix or Hulu?
  • Due to Digital Rights Management (DRM) restrictions, certain streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu cannot be mirrored. You can use the built-in apps on the projector or connect via HDMI.
  1. What should I do if I’m missing accessories or need a replacement?
  • Contact Miroir Support via miroirusa.com if any parts or accessories are missing or damaged.
