Purchasing Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions governing purchases made on the www.miroirusa.com website. These may be updated from time to time.

Payment Terms

You have the option to pay for orders placed on the www.miroirusa.com website using PayPal or a credit card.

You can pay with your credit card via PayPal if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply choose the PayPal option at checkout. This will redirect you to the PayPal website. On the PayPal website, choose the "Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later" option (see example below).

 

Orders will not ship until payment is received and 'clears.' For PayPal eCheck, we will not ship until payment clears (this does often take sometime, so please consider this delay when placing your order using this payment method). Credit cards must clear the authorization process. Orders that have been on hold for more than 5 days (order is placed, but payment has not cleared), may be cancelled at our discretion.

Shipping and Processing Terms

We cannot add or remove items to an order that has already been placed. Orders may be combined, but will not be modified. Once you place your order we are unable to change it. If you miss any items, you may place a new order for the missed items. If your previous order has not been shipped, it may be possible to combine the orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders and issue refunds or exchanges if:

  • We can no longer provide one or more of the items on your order.
  • When one or more items on the order may not be shipped within 30 days of payment being cleared.
  • When one or more items on the order is marked as "In Stock" but was actually "Out of Stock" due to an inventory error.

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible (typically within 3 business days), however, we do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. This address is noted in order confirmation email sent to the customer. This address cannot be changed once an order is placed.

We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage stemming from shipments sent to incorrect, or invalid addresses. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including, but not limited to , incorrect addresses. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. If a customer should decide to not have the package re-shipped that will be issued a refund for the order within 60 days, minus the cost of the original shipment. Not all packages are insured.

Returns and Refunds

Requests to return product purchased on our website, www.miroirusa.com, must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that for items purchased from other retailers, we can only assist in warranty support.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (exclusive of initial shipping and handling charges), you must contact the Customer Care team via email or open a support ticket on the support section of our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of your purchase of the said product. To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible please include your MiroirUSA.com Order number with your request.

The product must be returned to Miroir in its original packaging and condition.

We will not accept returned goods that have been clearly used more than the amount needed to evaluate their functionality. If there is evidence that the product has been modified or tampered with, then no refund, repair or exchange will be made. If we determine that the product is not eligible to be returned, we will notify you and you may elect to have the product returned to you at your expense.

If we provide authorization for a return, you must then follow our instructions and send the product and its original packaging and contents to us at your expense. Upon receiving the product, we will determine, in our sole discretion, whether or not to authorize a refund. We advise that you select a shipping method that is traceable (for example UPS, DHL, or FedEx). Any shipping expense to return the item will be borne by the person making the return (including any duties or taxes in relation to the return shipment).

Risk in the returned product only passes to Miroir when the product is received by Miroir and Miroir shall not be responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price that you had paid for the returned product (excluding any charges for the initial shipping and handling of the product to you) within 45 days of Miroir’s receipt of the returned product. In the event that the procedure herein is not followed, Miroir reserves the right to accept the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.

Miroir-certified Refurbished Product Returns

In order to offer the maximum amount of savings on Miroir-certified refurbished projectors, returns are limited solely to items that are defective upon arrival. Returns for products that are defective on arrival must be made within 30-days of purchase. No other return of refurbished product is permitted.

Employee Purchase Program

Employee purchase programs are intended to encourage our retail and vendor partners to use our products themselves. It is our intention for these programs to fosters a level of product awareness and knowledge that is very valuable to those with direct customer relations. Orders placed utilizing an Employee Purchase Program may be cancelled if sufficient proof is not submitted with the order that the purchaser is indeed eligible for the program, or if the order is deemed an abuse of the program. All employee purchase program purchases are limited to one product per employee/customer.
